Any cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in being charged the full amount of the service you were scheduled for. After 2 cancellations in a row, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve a future appointment time. The deposit will go toward the cost of your service, but will be non-refundable if another cancellation occurs. All no call / no shows will result in a 50% deposit required to book all future appointments. We understand that life is unexpected and emergencies do happen. Any exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis and only at the full discretion of the owners of Studio Veer. These exceptions will be made in writing via text or email and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties to take effect.
